Parallel Networks, a company based out of Tyler, Texas, has recently filed a lawsuit against Microsoft claiming that Microsoft is infringing on several of the patents of the company when it comes to methods and systems that dynamically generate web pages.
The suit was filed in the Eastern District of Texas.
The plaintiff hopes to receive damages and stop the infringement by Microsoft. The plaintiff claims that they sent a cease and desist to Microsoft, but that they still continued and ignored the warning.
No official statement has yet been released by Microsoft regarding this lawsuit.
